Earlier in his career, he spent several years at Expeditors International, a Fortune 500 logistics company, working out of their Houston, Paris, and Dubai offices, where he managed global accounts including General Electric and Schlumberger. Since then, he's delivered business development and cross-cultural negotiation training across 100+ Chinese cities to companies selling on Alibaba.com and Made-in-China.com, and is a recurring guest lecturer at emlyon Shanghai, SKEMA Shanghai, and East China Normal University. He holds an MBA in International Business from Texas A&M University and an MSc in Corporate Strategy from KEDGE, and is the author of "We Have A Deal," published by the China Customs Administration.
